Convergint Technologies was host to retired four-star general and former member of joint chiefs of staff Craig McKinley, one-star general Matt Baker and other military dignitaries at the recent presentation and signing of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) agreement with Convergint CEO, Ken Lochiatto and fellow colleagues representing the United States Army, Army National Guard, Marines and Air-force.

The ESGR is a United States Department of Defense program designed to develop and promote supportive work environments for service members. The ESGR recognized Convergint Technologies for their commitment to supporting and hiring military veterans and reservists.
