AVer, a major global provider of video surveillance, presentation/education products and HD video conferencing systems, has launched its first 3-megapixel IP camera (network camera) – FX3000-R. This all-new box type IP camera (network camera) strengthens AVer’s comprehensive surveillance solution by streaming images at resolutions exceeding full HD1080p and handling complicated lighting environments via True WDR technology.

The camera’s 3-megapixel camera sensor allows for high definition image capturing up to QXGA resolution (2048 x 1536), making it easier to observe fine detail. AVer’s all-new sensor-based wide dynamic range (WDR) technology is currently available exclusively with FX3000-R and it effectively manages intense glare, harsh backlighting and similarly challenging lighting conditions to capture every object clearly.

The region of interest (ROI) and smart stream functions available on FX3000-R and other select AVer IP cameras allow security personnel to achieve smart bandwidth / storage optimization through targeted image capturing, while plug and play support provides for hassle-free integration with AVer HD NVRs and hybrid DVRs.

FX3000-R also comes equipped with a mechanical IR-cut filter for excellent day and night visibility and is EN50130-4 certified, ensuring high surge and electro-thermal resistance.
