Edge360 Adds Director of Product Support to Drive Innovation and Efficiencies that Support Customer Success

Edge360 announced Colin Sadler has joined as Director of Product Support to optimize innovation across its Surveill video management platform. Sadler will directly influence the operations and strategies for all parts, service, and customer support teams company-wide.

In his new role with Edge360, Sadler will assume responsibility for leading the evaluations of new products and development and spearheading final approvals for all application methodologies and technical documentation.

A respected technology leader with more than 20 years of high-tech and support experience, Sadler previously held the role of Professional Services Manager for CNL. He was closely involved in the formulation of the service and support department’s strategic plans. Prior, he was Infrastructure Engineer and Support Team Leader at Reach Contact.
