Allied Universal was recently ranked No. 5 systems integrator in SDM Magazine’s 2023 Top Systems Integrators Report. The Top Systems Integrators Report by SDM Magazine is a comprehensive list ranking companies based on their North American systems integration revenue. These projects encompass various solutions such as design, project management, product, installation, programming, start-up and training sold directly to an end-user customer or through a tier of contractors.
Allied Universal Establishes Global Program Management Office, Appoints Marc Hauck VP of Global Programs to Lead
Allied Universal announced that it has formed a Global Program Management Office to manage Allied Universal Technology Services customer engagements worldwide. Mark Hauck has been promoted to the position of vice president of Global Programs to lead the initiative. The Global Program Management Office provides additional support for Allied Universal’s existing U.S. and international clients to ensure projects meet requirements and expectations
Allied Universal Acquires Security Integration, Inc.
Allied Universal announced the acquisition of Security Integration, Inc., a security systems company based in San Rafael, Calif. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Security Integration, Inc. provides innovative electronic security solutions to help solve complex security challenges for a wide variety of customers across northern California.
PSA Announces New Board Of Director Members
PSA announced changes to its Board of Directors. Tom Hagen, chairman of the board for Pro-Tec Design, reached his term limit serving as the director for the Midwest region for the last six years. Boethel, Sampson, and Rivet were all elected to two-year terms in their respective positions. Lanning and Keeler have one year remaining in their current terms but are eligible for reelection next year. PSA is the world’s largest systems integrator cooperative made up of security and audio-visual systems integrators in North America.
