Accelerating The Community Theme For Milestone Community Days EMEA
Milestone Systems, the open platform company in video management software (VMS), hosted the Milestone Community Days EMEA (MIPS) recently in Dubai, UAE. The hundreds of delegates can experience the solution power of the Milestone Community at the partner showcase with more than 30 exhibiting partners. A central part of MIPS is the networking events that not only give customers the ability to connect with the Milestone partners, but also facilitate partner-to-partner networking. This is one of the key components in the Milestone community strategy.
Parking Spotter: Milestone Community Kickstarter Contest 2017 Winner
The Milestone Community Kickstarter program was recently launched in November 2016. Participants had one month to submit their integration ideas to Milestone and those ideas would then be reviewed and narrowed down to five finalists. Those finalist would compete for the grand prize of US$10,000 cash, US$40,000 in marketing and development services, and other Milestone assistance. All five finalists were invited to MIPS 2017 in San Antonio, where they could present their ideas and solutions to other Community members, as well as to the Milestone Product Advisory Board, who then made the final selection.
Milestone MIPS 2017: Share The Love Tour
Share the Love… It’s Valentine’s Day and Milestone has invited a couple hundred (ok, over 500) of their closest friends to their annual MIPS (Milestone Integrator Partner Summit) in San Antonio, TX. As was the introduction at last year’s MIPS, this year’s MIPS event is continuing to drive the “community” platform model and Milestone’s continued focus on collaborative efforts with its partner base. This year’s theme is “Make the World See.”
Milestone Announces Two New Strategic Partnerships
Milestone announced two new strategic partnerships at the recent IFSEC tradeshow in London, England. This direct result of the Milestone commitment to the partner and customer communities serves to enhance the solution power for the communities. The first partnership is with Dell OEM Solutions. This partnership brings high-performance server solutions to the EMEA market and partner communities of Dell and Milestone. The second strategic partnership is with Neda.
