ALPR Provider Earns Milestone Gold Partner Classification
PlateSmart has partnered with video management software platform provider Milestone Systems since 2016. Recently, the two organizations enhanced their relationship when PlateSmart earned Milestone Gold Partner classification. The PlateSmart ARES® automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) solution, which is camera-agnostic and software-only, integrates seamlessly with the Milestone XProtect® VMS. This allows ARES to trigger actions within XProtect, such as alerts, emails and physical alarms.
PlateSmart and IPConfigure Join Forces
PlateSmart Technologies entered into an agreement with video management software provider IPConfigure, Inc. to integrate the PlateSmart ARES® automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) software into IPConfigure’s Orchid VMS. It’s a move that will give IPConfigure customers access to a powerful, award-winning ALPR solution. Deployed globally by customers large and small, IPConfigure Orchid VMS provides local and remote access to live and recorded video through an intuitive web browser interface.

A key benefit of PlateSmart Technologies’ award-winning ARES ALPR software is its ability to seamlessly integrate with virtually any camera or VMS. That innovation has yielded PlateSmart another partnership – this time with the global IP surveillance solution provider VIVOTEK Inc. Called automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) outside of the United States, PlateSmart’s ARES solution has been implemented throughout South America, Europe and parts of Oceania.
