Boon Edam announced that Bothwell Exchange, a new construction commercial space in Glasgow, Scotland, has installed an array of Speedlane Slide optical turnstiles in the lobby and two TQA automatic revolving doors at the main entrance to control access without impacting the building’s high traffic needs. Bothwell Exchange is a 9-story, 155,000 sq. ft. commercial building located at 122 Waterloo Street in Glasgow.
Park House at London’s Finsbury Circus Upgrades Security with Boon Edam Optical Turnstiles
Boon Edam announced that Park House, a commercial space located in London, has installed entry solutions at two separate main entrances to the building. One entrance features a special European door model, the Circleslide sliding door; the other is outfitted with four lanes of Speedlane Swing optical turnstiles for increased lobby security. Park House is a busy 195,000 sq. ft. office, retail, and apartment space with one main entrance facing Finsbury Circus.

Now adorning the entrance are two all-glass Crystal TQ revolving doors, accompanied by an array of slim Lifeline Speedlane Swing optical turnstiles in the lobby. Originally opened in 1980, Riverscape is a 63,000 square foot, multi-story office space located at 10 Queen Street Place.

BancoEstado Upgrades Access System with Boon Edam Optical Turnstiles
To upgrade security at the BancoEstado headquarters building in Santiago and comply with the strict security measures required by an institution its size, BancoEstado deployed a comprehensive access control strategy that included using three of Boon Edam’s Speedlane Slide optical turnstiles to prevent tailgating by unauthorized pedestrians. The turnstiles were integrated with a Kantech access control system to validate who is authorized to enter the secure area. In addition, a special MorphoWave Tower was installed in front of each turnstile to house the MorphoWave technology by IDEMIA (previously Safran), a state-of-the-art, touchless fingerprint identification technology.
Liberty University Recreational Center Protects Students With Boon Edam Optical Turnstiles
Liberty University, a private university in Central Virginia, provides a comprehensive curriculum with a Christian background for more than 110,000 students enrolled across the University’s 17 colleges, schools, and online programs.
