Buffalo Public School District improves security, simplifies infrastructure with i-PRO cameras and recorders
i-PRO announced that the Buffalo Public School District (BPSD) has modernized its security footprint with i-PRO multi-sensor and 360° fisheye network cameras, and i-PRO NV300 network video recorders (NVR). The BPSD serves 28,000 K-12 students out of 70 facilities in western New York.
i-PRO Unveils Smaller, Faster, and Higher-resolution PTZ Cameras
i-PRO announced 16 new, high-speed pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) cameras with up to 4K resolution and powerful IR illumination. Called Rapid PTZ, the company is launching the new models as part of its X and S Series lineup. The new PTZ cameras are the smallest in their category and feature comprehensive edge AI capabilities and a broad range of resolution options.
i-PRO brings AI to its PTZ cameras and adds 35 new models
i-PRO announced the addition of AI to its PTZ (pan, tilt, zoom) cameras and a revamp of the entire PTZ range, adding a total of 35 new cameras. The PTZ cameras also benefit from a new modern design in a smaller form factor that is similar in size to many dome cameras. The S-Series cameras include a powerful built-in AI processor enabling advanced automatic tracking to make operators’ lives much easier. The cameras, equipped with the highest levels of cybersecurity, can run two different Deep Learning AI applications at the edge of the network, reducing load and server infrastructure costs.
