At Intersec this year, on stand SA-J31, Veracity will be demonstrating and launching COLDSTORE Colossus, the 4U, 45-bay, 630TB video storage solution. COLDSTORE Colossus is engineered to meet the long-term retention needs of the Middle East. The COLDSTORE family offers unique benefits including a 10x increase in hard disk life and power savings of 90%+. In fact Colossus, with 630TB and 45 disks, consumes less than 80W of power!
Veracity is a key sponsor of the IAPSC Annual Conference and will be presenting to the attended delegates in San Diego, CA during the three day event. Veracity will be promoting VIEWSCAPE™, their comprehensive Command and Control system. Featuring an advanced, modular integration platform, VIEWSCAPE gives operators flexible and immediate control over complex surveillance and security functions. VIEWSCAPE includes visual information received from IP and deployable CCTV cameras combined with interactive maps and incident management. Its flexibility adapts to new requirements whilst minimising the challenges of integration with legacy systems.
Veracity will reveal a significant expansion of its COLDSTORE range of specialised IP video storage solutions. This includes the market introduction of COLDSTORE Colossus, a solution designed for very long-term retention of large volume sets of security video. Veracity will also announce embedded NVR functionality across the entire range of COLDSTORE products, including current models. This allows video to be recorded directly from camera to COLDSTORE storage without the need for a separate NVR product. With 45 disk bays, COLDSTORE Colossus is designed for projects which require high capacity, long-term retention of video data.
Veracity will be promoting its new complete surveillance solution comprised of COLDSTORE™, (an innovative storage system that is uniquely and specifically designed for video surveillance), TRINITY™, (which allows “smart” IP-cameras to record to COLDSTORE without a physical NVR), and VIEWSCAPE™ (the management front end that provides the “GUI” as well as integration tools for systems ranging from access control and biometrics to building management and HVAC controls).
