Aver Enhances Its IPL Camera Portfolio

Aver enhances IPL camera portfolio

Aver has enhanced its range of IPL cameras, which have been improved with more advanced features to ensure best performance with latest technology. Aver has added five IVA features into over 15 of their stoutest IP-cameras.

The Corridor Mode rotates the camera 90° and enables portrait-style (9:16) format, as opposed to the default widescreen (16:9) format, giving maximum coverage of long narrow scenes.

In order to improve the accuracy of triggered alarms, Aver has added a missing/suspicious object feature which triggers an alarm when an object appears or disappears from a defined area.

The tamper detection feature triggers an alarm if an attempt to tamper with the camera is made. Also the Cross Detection Feature triggers an alarm when a virtual tripwire placed across any live IP-camera feed is crossed.

"This wide range of free improvements ensures that users continue to have the latest technology and features with Aver at their fingertips,"said Wallis Chiang, Marketing Manager of Aver Information.
