VIVOTEK released four top-tier 4K cameras, the FD9391-EHTV, IB9391-EHT, IP9191-HP, and IP9191-HT. Vivotek Releases Its Most Efficient Panoramic Network Camera
Vivotek’s MS9390-HV is the latest and most efficient of panoramic network camera offered in its surveillance product range. Through the use of two wide angle lenses, electronic image stitching, and high resolution sensors, the 8MP 180° MS9390-HV is in a new class all by itself. With its unique dual-sensor design, the MS9390-HV is able to maintain a higher vertical FOV than most traditional multi-sensor panoramic cameras using 4 sensors.

VIVOTEK Defends Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum
The Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum was founded in 1972 and is the largest in Canada to house priceless and restored World War I and II Warplanes, including bomber planes used by the Canadian military in Iraq and Afghanistan. Deploying VIVOTEK cameras at the Warplane Heritage Museum was an ambitious task due to the structure of the site being an airplane hangar housing over 50 Warplane Heritage airplanes. Delta Announces Offer To Acquire 55% Stake in VIVOTEK
Delta Electronics, Inc. (TWSE: 2308), a global leader in power and thermal management solutions, announced its Board of Directors has approved a proposal for a cash tender offer to acquire approximately 35% (28,631,800 shares) to 55% (44,992,800 shares) of the outstanding common shares of VIVOTEK Inc. (TWSE: 3454) with an offer price of NTD98 per share. This tender offer, which is expected to begin on August 9, 2017 and end on September 26, 2017, shall be satisfied when final effective tendered shares reach the aforementioned minimum.
