OnSSI announced a new integration partnership with License Plate Recognition (LPR) software company, Vaxtor Corporation. The integration enables Vaxtor’s advanced LPR analytics to be deployed across OnSSI’s industry-leading Ocularis VMS platform. With these integrated analytics Ocularis can recognize, capture and archive data on license plates, railway vehicles, USDOT numbers, shipping containers and more.
OnSSI appointed Chris Martinez as their new South Central Regional Manager. Mr. Martinez is a veteran of the security industry, with over 20 years of experience —12 years on the service/support side and 10 years in sales— where he developed, marketed, and sold security solutions throughout the United States. With experience gained during his earlier years as a field service technician, Mr. Martinez gained an in-depth knowledge of security solutions from inception to installation.
OnSSI has promoted Duncan Havlin to the position of National Sales Manager, effective September 25, 2017. As a member of the OnSSI sales team for the past five years as Western Regional Manager, Duncan has proven his product knowledge, customer relationship building and leadership abilities, making him well suited for the position.

OnSSI has named Steve Lenox as its Mid-Atlantic Regional Manager as part of the company’s revitalized growth initiative for continued success, and to further improve customer support and service. A seasoned professional surveillance and security expert, Lenox has spent more than two decades designing and deploying advanced physical security and video surveillance solutions for large enterprise and U.S. government customers.
OnSSI announces the completion of a $16-million private placement by Seacoast Capital, an institutional investor focused on high quality companies based in the USA, with Imperial Capital acting as financial advisor and placement agent. Seacoast’s first investment in the company will be used to leverage OnSSI’s innovative technologies and reputation in large scale VMS to extend their reach into the middle market with an easy to install appliance and to expand the Business Video Intelligence (BVI) business of its affiliate, SeeTec GbmH.
