Buckley brings more than 30 years of experience in financial strategy, operations, and business transformation across consumer, wellness, and technology sectors. Prior to joining SimpliSafe, he served as CFO at Nutrafol and previously held senior financial leadership roles at Nike, Postmates, and Soli Organic.
His responsibilities include scaling the business, identifying growth opportunities, and helping deliver value to customers through strategic investments and partnerships.
Sandra Yang Scirpo Appointed Chief Customer Officer
Sandra Yang Scirpo joins SimpliSafe as Chief Customer Officer with responsibility for enhancing the customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
She will lead initiatives focused on activation, retention, customer loyalty, operational efficiency, and growth. Yang Scirpo also oversees SimpliSafe’s proprietary U.S.-based 24/7 security monitoring operations.
With more than 20 years of experience in customer, subscription, and service operations, she most recently led global customer strategy and operations at Gen Digital, where she advanced AI-enabled capabilities while improving operational performance.
Sharon Segev Takes Role As Chief Administrative And Legal Officer
Sharon Segev joined SimpliSafe earlier this year as Chief Administrative and Legal Officer.
She brings more than two decades of experience helping scale global technology companies across public, private equity-backed, and venture-backed environments. In her role, Segev will focus on supporting innovation, responsible AI adoption, customer trust, and privacy initiatives.
Before joining SimpliSafe, she served as Chief Administrative and Legal Officer at Shutterfly and held executive leadership positions at Smule and LifeLock, where she helped strengthen governance, cybersecurity, and operational performance.
