January 23, 2014 –  Vision-Box  has been awarded a contract for the delivery of automated biometric enrollment solutions to the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs of Latvia. The company says this confirms its leadership in the Baltic region. According to Vision-Box, the new units will be used to capture citizen biometric data (face and fingerprint) as well as signature in the process of renewing an identity document. “This project confirms that, as far as identity management is concerned, one size doesn’t fit all,” Miguel Leitmann, SVP at Vision-Box said. “For every enrollment scenario there’s a solution addressing its specific needs, always providing the same level of quality in securing clients’ Identity Chain of Trust.
