Arecont Vision Costar announces the 1st anniversary this month of its launch as a business unit of Texas-based Costar Technologies, Inc. The new company has committed itself to the delivery of the surveillance industry’s best customer experience and to fully addressing ongoing customer needs and requirements. The company marked its 1st anniversary with the launch of a new public website. Arecont Vision Costar was launched on July 13th, 2018.
Costar Technologies Adds Vice President Of Global Supply Chain
Arecont Vision Costar announces the appointment of Ernie Duran as Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Costar Technologies, Inc., based at the new Advanced Technology Center in Clovis, California. Costar’s Global Supply Chain organization manages the company’s manufacturing, operations, purchasing, supplier relationships, warehousing, and shipping/receiving teams. As a consultant, Mr. Duran served as a key member of the Arecont Vision Costar team which orchestrated the relocation of the Glendale, California manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping/receiving functions to a new location in Duarte, California.
Arecont Vision Costar Adds Customer Support Executive To Leadership Team
Arecont Vision Costar’s Technical Services organization includes skilled Field Application Engineers (FAEs) who primarily provide pre-sale technical and configuration support. This includes both remote and onsite assistance to authorized security dealers and integrators, working in conjunction with both the Arecont Vision Costar’s Inside Sales team and the regional sales managers and sales directors based in their geographic regions. Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) are also critical members of the Technical Services team, focused on post-sales customer issues, ranging from diagnosing hardware and software issues to troubleshooting complex situations to resolve problems.
Arecont Vision Costar on the Move
Arecont Vision Costar announces the opening of new corporate headquarters, manufacturing, and warehousing operations, plus the creation of an Advanced Technology Center (ATC). Arecont Vision Costar launched in July of 2018 as a business unit of Coppell, Texas-based Costar Technologies, Inc. The company took over the original Arecont Vision LLC’s Los Angeles County facilities in Glendale, California without interruption.
