ISONAS Celebrates Anniversary Of Taking Pure IP Access Control To The Cloud

ISONAS Inc., a leading Pure IP™ access control system manufacturer, announced that the company will be releasing Pure Access 2.2 in May 2017, marking the one-year anniversary of Pure Access. Launched in 2016, Pure Access, is an industry leading, cloud-based access control software application that provides users the ability to manage their access control from anywhere at any time, on any device.

The web-based platform is also available in an on premise version and establishes a new standard for ease of use with a modern interface that allows for the administration and monitoring of an unlimited number of access points across any geography. In addition to providing the best user experience and interface, Pure Access gives ISONAS certified partners a path to a recurring business model in the access control space.

ISONAS took Pure IP access control to the cloud a year ago and plans on taking it to the next level with its new release of Pure Access version 2.2. New features include a new user interface and updated work flows, the addition of custom fields for adding user information, a new quick actions menu, and easy exporting capabilities for badge printing. The new simple user interface allows for intuitively adding users, access points and rules with drag and drop functionality. Simplified work flows provide an easy-to-use system that requires minimal training.

In addition to simplicity, Pure Access Cloud provides customers peace of mind when it comes to security; with the end-to-end secure communication, and utilization of industry recognized best practices and encryption schemes for securing access to the ISONAS platform. In addition, the Cloud infrastructure is hosted with Amazon Web Services which provides the best in class cyber security infrastructure along with extensive global flexibility in hosting and deployment.

Since the official launch of the Pure Access software platform in 2016, and the Pure Access 2.0 release in January, the feedback has been extremely positive from partners and the company has dedicated its resources to making further enhancements to the software that will once again benefit our customers and partners.

“ISONAS believes that access control should be on the network in all aspects, from reader-controllers to software in the cloud,” states Melissa Stenger, VP Product Management and Marketing at ISONAS. “The release of Pure Access 2.2 is a great way to celebrate our year anniversary and commitment to our user experience as we look forward to expanding the functionality of this platform.”

With the one-year anniversary of Pure Access, the company continues to stay true to its culture of pushing the envelope in new access control technologies and driving the Pure IP revolution forward now and in the years to come.
