City Of Houston Deploys Siklu Radios To Deliver Video Surveillance At Super Bowl LIVE Event

Siklu Inc., the global market leader in millimeter-wave solutions, announced that it had been selected by the city of Houston to provide wireless connectivity for the video surveillance system to be used at Super Bowl LIVE, a 10-day outdoor event in Houston that is expected to draw more than one million visitors as part of the pre-game festivities. SIA Renews Support For Bipartisan DIGIT Act

The Security Industry Association (SIA) announced its continued support of the bipartisan Developing and Growing the Internet of Things (DIGIT) Act, reintroduced in the Senate on January 10th, 2017, by the Internet of Things (IoT) working group. Sensor developer FLIR Systems announced it has acquired unmanned aerial systems maker Prox Dynamics for $134 million in cash.
