Boon Edam Revolving Doors Fill Stockholm Central Station with Light

Boon Edam Inc., a global leader in security entrances and architectural revolving doors, announced that Stockholm Central Station in Sweden has installed a Boon Edam entrance solution as part of a renovation project for the terminal. Stockholm Central Station has installed a set of three Boon Edam all glass, 3-winged Crystal Tourniket automatic revolving doors, along with integrated heaters. Each door can accomodate 1,740 persons per minute in both directions in addition to being able to manage sustainable climate-control. The Crystal Tourniket doors also include collapsible door wings, which create an easy escape route in the event of an emergency, ideal for such a large public area.

Urbanova Standardizes On Boon Edam Turnstiles For All Its Lima Buildings

Boon Edam Inc., a global leader in security entrances and architectural revolving doors, announced that the real estate company Urbanova has standardized on Boon Edam turnstiles for all its Lima, Peru buildings. The real estate firm’s objective was to have an access control system that eases the control function for building guards with simple, robust equipment and a design consistent with the intended image of its buildings: solidity and modernity.
