Michael A. Johnson CPP, CSPM, regional sales manager at Orion Entrance Control, Inc. (Orion) recently completed and passed the Certified Protection Professional (CPP®) exam and is now board certified in security management. The designation is administered through ASIS International and is globally recognized as the standard of excellence for security management professionals, of which there are only 4,500 in the world. The CPP exam covers business principles and practices, crisis management, information security, investigations, legal aspects, personnel security, physical security, and security principles and practices.
