New Flexible Formatting Allows ProdataKey Access Control to Work with Any Card Credential Formats
ProdataKey now permits integrators to configure PDK access control systems to accept cards featuring any format, bit rate, and facility code. Using the Pdk.io interface, users with integrator-level permissions can configure system settings to work with cards from any manufacturer or define their own custom credential formats. They may also assign facility codes to individual users. This feature allows security system administrators to accommodate multiple card formats throughout their organization simultaneously.

ProdataKey Expands High-Security Red Line with New Controllers Ideal for Midsize to Large-Scale Projects
ProdataKey has introduced four new controllers that expand the flexibility of its high-security Red line: the PDK Red 8, Red Max, Red Gate, and Red Pedestal. Touch io brings new levels of convenience and security for the communication between smart phones and access control door readers, eliminating the need for cards or fobs. Unlike other systems, touch io does not require the user to unlock the phone, or to even remove it from pocket or purse, in order to gain access through a protected door. The individual?s identity is validated through communication directly between his or her credentialed device and the reader, via Bluetooth.
