Uniview Technology announces the release of a new line 5MP StarView cameras in various housing styles and lens configurations. The new 5MP cameras use StarView illumination technology, redefining starlight with extremely low minimum illumination for crisp color images. Uniview tec’s new 5MP StarView camera line offers brilliant 2592 x 1944 resolution video with H.265 compression, TRUE Day/Night and Wide Dynamic Range, and impressive color video illumination. Starting with an OmniVision 1/2.7” backside illumination technology CMOS sensor, add to that H.265 DSP (Digital Signal Processing) from Hisilicon, and set the lens iris at a constant F1.2, enables vivid and virtual smear-free 5MP color video images up to 0.001 Lux.
