ACRE to Acquire Indiana Based RS2 Technologies
ACRE announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire RS2 Technologies in Munster, Indiana. This purchase will enhance ACRE’s strategic expansion plans for strengthening its access control business and product portfolio. Following on from the recent acquisition of Open Options in December of 2018, ACRE continues to build its access control strength and reach in the North American market. ACRE, Alert Enterprise Announce Strategic Alliance
ACRE announced that ACRE, Vanderbilt and its subsidiaries, has entered into a strategic alliance with AlertEnterprise to expand and diversify technology options for customers. ACRE Announces Senior Leadership Changes
ACRE announced the promotion of Andrew Acquarulo Jr. as President of ACRE Americas. Ronald Virden, who was recently named ACRE COO, will also assume the role of President of ACRE International. NextGen and Identity One Deploy TWIC-compliant Access Control Solution for Texas-based Petrochemical Facility
NextGen Security, LLC announced the deployment of their joint solution with Identity One for a Houston-based petrochemical facility for chemicals used in the manufacturing of plastics, tires and gasoline.
