Consolidated into two separate loans?

  I consolidated all of my loans (undergrad and grad) to a direct consolidation loan to take advantage of the pslf. My loan consolidation finally went through today but I noticed that despite selecting to consolidate all of my loans, Mohela gave me two separate consolidated loans- 1 subsidized and 1 unsubsidized. I was under the impression that these would all consolidate under 1 loan…. Is this normal?
