Cobalt Robotics announced a new collaboration with Johnson Controls. Johnson Controls C?CURE 9000 access control and event management system is now integrated with Cobalt?s remote guard service which includes AI robotics, machine-learning software and human oversight. With this integration, Cobalt robots listen for alarms and are automatically dispatched to the location in real-time after an alarm is triggered. ProdataKey now permits integrators to configure PDK access control systems to accept cards featuring any format, bit rate, and facility code. Using the Pdk.io interface, users with integrator-level permissions can configure system settings to work with cards from any manufacturer or define their own custom credential formats. They may also assign facility codes to individual users. This feature allows security system administrators to accommodate multiple card formats throughout their organization simultaneously.
