DTT Solidifies Relationship With Dunkin’ Donuts Franchisee

DTT announced a strengthened partnership with First Cup LLC, a 60-store Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee based in Chandler, Arizona. With locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, and Nevada, DTT provides comprehensive loss prevention and managed services for 30 First Cup stores with several installations currently pending. First Cup’s introduction to DTT took place in late 2013. The company was highly impressed with the range of DTT’s services and sophisticated technology. In March 2015, DTT was added to Dunkin’ Brands US list of vendors; First Cup contacted DTT within a week to sign 60 existing locations and all new construction stores. The rollout is still underway in order to work around First Cup remodeling and ensure a smooth transition from the previous surveillance provider.
