DTT is now the exclusive vendor for zpizza Taproom and the only preferred vendor thus far for traditional zpizza stores. In October 2016, DTT contacted zpizza to gauge interest on implementing a new, full-service loss prevention system.

Today, the national retailer sells an assortment of merchandise in over 130 locations on the Eastern coast. With over 40,000 items offered at each store at any given time, A.C. Moore prides itself on offering its customers the best product selection, value and service. As a progressive retailer, A.C. Moore is always keen on implementing processes and technologies to keep its stores up-to-date and its customers happy. So when Steve Werner, Director of Loss Prevention, was brought onboard, he went straight to work on identifying areas to improve processes and refocus resources on the customer experience. Almost immediately, the process for reviewing cashier transactions came into focus. Store managers would spend over an hour every day reviewing cash register transactions, pointing the loss prevention (LP) team to dubious behaviors or suspicious activities, if they were spotted.
DTT announced a strengthened partnership with First Cup LLC, a 60-store Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee based in Chandler, Arizona. With locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado, and Nevada, DTT provides comprehensive loss prevention and managed services for 30 First Cup stores with several installations currently pending. First Cup’s introduction to DTT took place in late 2013. The company was highly impressed with the range of DTT’s services and sophisticated technology. In March 2015, DTT was added to Dunkin’ Brands US list of vendors; First Cup contacted DTT within a week to sign 60 existing locations and all new construction stores. The rollout is still underway in order to work around First Cup remodeling and ensure a smooth transition from the previous surveillance provider.
