Powered By Genetec: The Next Movement
In orchestral music, a movement refers to a self-contained section within a larger composition. For example, a symphony usually consists of four movements, each with its own distinctive musical material and structure. The movements typically have different tempos, keys, and moods, and they often follow a traditional pattern. As an audience member, you can listen for a movement by paying attention to changes in the music. Typically, there will be a pause between movements, and you may notice a shift in tempo or key.

Security.World To Host San Diego Security Show 2017
Yes, there are a lot of trade shows, conferences, and expos in the physical security industry. A look at our industry events page will highlight that statement. And there is so much talk about interoperability and openness. There are standards like ONVIF and the specifications put out by the PSIA to promote such interoperability. But why then is it so hard to see this openness, this interoperability at these trade shows. We asked that very question and decided to do something about it. Security.World is putting together a physical security expo in San Diego, CA, January 25th and January 26th, 2017, that will showcase various manufacturer’s security solutions all working in a live, real-world environment.
