Alarm.com, the leading cloud platform for the intelligently connected home, announced today the acquisition of Chicago based Secure-i, Inc., a provider of professional commercial video surveillance services. The strategic acquisition gives Alarm.com a standalone, commercial-grade video offering that includes cloud based hosted services and AXIS Communication’s High-Definition (HD) cameras.
